To avoid premature coil failure, be sure to follow our coil priming guide.

Depending on how many cigarettes you smoke, we recommend the following strength e-liquids with this kit:
1 to 5 Cigarettes a day — Choose 3 mg of traditional nicotine
6 to 14 Cigarettes a day — Choose 6 mg traditional nicotine or 10 mg nic salt
15+ Cigarettes a day — Choose 12 mg traditional nicotine or 20 mg nic salt
